Depending on availability, orders ship within 3-5 weeks. With stock confimation, your order will be shipped within 5 business days. Upon shipping you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number. Shipping is done through the USPS unless otherwise noted. 

Returns and exchanges:

All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges. If damaged on arrival please contact info@luvhaus.com With the subject line "damage" within 7 days of receipt with a photo of the damaged item so that we may contact the USPS. We will do our best to ship a replacement for damaged wares as soon as possible. If an order is lost or stolen please contact the USPS directly with the shipping information


Many of LUVHAUS glazes are custom formulated to have a matte, semi-matte finish. Cutlery can leave light markings on the surface of a matte glaze piece. Marking can be more or less noticeable depending on the color of the glaze. However you will find that these marks tend to blend into a subtle patina over time. If this marking is an issue for you, we recommend regular cleaning with Bar Keepers Friend or other over the counter soft scrub cleaners. Using one of these cleaning products regularly will greatly or completely reduce cutlery marking.
