Refund policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

If you'd like to make a return or exchange please email us within 7 business days of receipt of your order, we do our best to accommodate every request. If damaged on arrival, please contact info@luvhaus.com within 7 days of receipt, and include a photo of the damaged item. We will do our best to ship a replacement for damaged wares as soon as possible. If an order is lost or stolen please contact USPS or UPS directly with the shipping information. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 
To receive a refund, orders must be in original condition and undamaged. 

*Please note we cannot accept returns that arrive broken or damaged.
